I certainly was not expecting these to taste so good, and after I tasted them, I was certain they must have added sugar. It they didn't, it’s berry juice.There is no information on testing, or the facility where they are made, but I didn’t take off for that because none of the Shilajit supplements that I have taken have that. They don’t say anything about the fulvic acid content, and I wish that they did. But they are so easy to take and so they will be taken. If something is unpleasant to take so isn’t taken regularly, it doesn’t matter how good the ingredients are.

I cant taste the shilajit. I dont know if that means it is absent or not, but i will say this; I have only noticed prositive things. The taste is great, and you wouldnt be able to tell this was a supplement which makes them easy to take. Where I notice it really shines is my after lunch crash. For whatever reason, these keep me going throughout the work day feeling more rested and focused. I also notice I have been having vivid dreams when I sleep, hopefully meaning I am getting more restful sleep. I have only been taking these about a week, but I make sure to take them everyday before work now religiously. I only take two per day. I am going to keep it up as I havent noticed any negatives.
